The founder works at the intersection of AI, healthcare systems, and large-scale reliability engineering — helping clinical platforms operate with accuracy, resilience, and confidence at scale. Over 8+ years in this space, that work has spanned mission-critical systems from state-level smart infrastructure to US-based healthcare SaaS platforms supporting 100K+ healthcare records processed daily, with a consistent focus on data integrity, validation accuracy, and system stability across distributed architectures. The founder is also a Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered engineer.
That career began at the Punjab Safe City Authority, part of a pioneering initiative transforming policing through real-time surveillance, emergency response systems, and large-scale command infrastructure — experience that shaped a system-level way of thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to perform under high-pressure, real-time conditions.
That system-level thinking carried into healthcare SaaS, where the founder evolved from automation engineering into system-level quality and reliability ownership — including a key role at Persivia scaling quality engineering practices across a high-revenue care management platform used by US healthcare providers, moving from feature-level validation to full system-level reliability across microservices, data pipelines, and regulated clinical workflows.
Today, as an independent consultant and systems reliability lead, the founder designs automation and validation strategies for AI-assisted healthcare platforms — prioritizing reliability in systems that directly affect patient care, enabling scalable validation across complex distributed environments, and transforming traditional QA into system-level reliability engineering.
