When you submit the Consultation Request Form on our Contact page, we collect exactly seven fields: your name, work email, company name, company website, the service you're interested in, a description of your project or challenge, and your preferred contact method. We collect nothing else through that form.

We do not use cookies to identify or track individual visitors while you browse the site. Our site analytics (described below) are cookieless by design.

The information you submit through the Consultation Request Form is used solely to respond to your inquiry -- to read your request and follow up with you directly about the engagement you asked about. It is not used for any other purpose, and it is not sold or shared with any third party beyond the analytics tool described below.

We retain Consultation Request Form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the ordinary duration of that business relationship. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the email address below and we'll remove it.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool, to understand aggregate site traffic -- for example, which pages are visited and how often. Plausible is cookieless: it does not set any cookies, does not use cross-site or cross-device tracking, and does not build an individual profile of you as a visitor.

The Plausible script only loads after you accept analytics in the cookie consent banner, and it is removed immediately if you decline or later change your mind (see "Manage Your Cookie Consent" below).

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party, except that aggregate, anonymized traffic data is processed by Plausible Analytics as described above, and Consultation Request Form submissions necessarily pass through the hosting infrastructure that runs this website in order to reach us. No advertising networks, data brokers, or additional analytics tools are used on this site.
